before you start running with your vibram shoe, you can start walking with dopie
the strap is for beginner after you get used to the sandal then you can wear it bare! whooo i am so gonna wear it bare!

my first running experience
first time running with vibram fivefingers bikila as shown above, was great!
no abrasion but must remember to cut yr toe nails and clearing all the dirt from your feet before wearing
feels comfortable running if correct technique (front-mid landing) is used.
today i ran abt 3km plus around yishun area.
past barefoot running/walking experience.
-dopie slipper (1week)
-onisuka tiger (2 year) i don't know if i can consider this barefoot but ya it doesn't have cushion so i will consider it as barefoot as well.
after the run i already feel some soreness on my calf, tomorrow i will know how bad it is.
